Do Not Buy: Unsafe!! - C. Brinkerhoff - Chicago IL
We bought this toaster about 2 years ago. We loved it until this morning. Luckily none of us were in the kitchen when it happened... after being on for about 2 minutes the glass door EXPLODED! I couldn't believe it. There was glass everywhere and it looked like a bomb went off inside of it. I will NEVER buy this brand again. My 1 year old plays in the kitchen all the time and she was in there about 5 minutes before it happened. It's one thing to stop working after a while but to explode... that's just unrealistic. I contacted the company and they were willing to send me a new toaster if I sent them a check for . Um, your toaster exploded in my kitchen... I'm not going to send you money. That's all they would do so I said no thanks and am buying a black and decker with good reviews.

This is a great product, it was my second purchase for same product, I purchased the first set at home, it worked great, good quality, the timer not too loud, and its inexpensive. When my office needed a toaster, I purchased the same model to be safe, everyone love it, and my co-worker purchased one set for her home, so far no complaint, Euro-Pro should pay me commission.

There is only two slots to put the slotted tray: too close to the top burner...or too close to the botttom burner. The solid cooking tray will only fit on the top....needless to say, it doesn't cook evenly.
