DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!!! - David L. Brinson - Atlanta, GA
After broiling three buns for less than 5 minutes the door exploded. The oven had been off for about three minutes when the entire door shattered into a million pieces.
I found (searching the internet) that this has been a problem for years and they have done nothing to correct or to inform the consumer.
High Risk Purchase - Sybil C. Henry - Massachusetts USA
I bought this appliance last year and have had no problem with it. Until last night when I was broiling some Italian sausages, suddenly the door exploded sending red hot shards of glass all over my countertop, and bouncing off onto the floor. After most of the glass falls out the frame collapses into pieces. Two other reviews report the same problem, so I don't think I will even be bothering to try and find a replacement door. It's a hazardous product and I will NEVER buy anything from Toastmaster again. I noticed on the back of my oven that it was "made in China" Can we add this company to our ever growing list of garbage from China?????
Toaster went boom - J. Brown - Mississippi
First time it was used I was cooking a casserole. In about 15 minutes I heard a boom and the glass door had shattered into a thousand pieces all over the floor. The warranty division is sending a new one, but afraid to use it. Maybe I can make a door out of a piece of aluminum. Bad deal at any price.

Burnt Offerings - Bartman - Los Angeles
DON'T BUY THIS TOASTER-OVEN!
I bought the oven 6 months ago because of it's easy-clean feature but the oven is a piece of junk. It burns just about everything.
Toast is either burned or not toasted. Any 2nd toast will always be burned. Don't try to even warm pizza - it burns.
Inner liner was poorly mfr and the rack sits crooked. Handle keeps coming off of the door.
This thing is going in the trash - I wouldn't even think of giving it away.
WORST TOASTER OVEN EVErrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - LUCILLE DISASTER - CALIFORNIA
SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY INSTINCTS WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS. HOW ON EARTH COULD TOASTMASTER COME OUT WITH SUCH A HORRIBLE PRODUCT? AFTER GOING THROUGH A HALF A LOAF OF BREAD, I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!! TAKES FOREVER FOR THIS OVEN TO HEAT UP & BURNS YOUR TOAST BEYOND RECOGNITION.... THOUGHT ABOUT DONATING IT TO SALVATION ARMY, BUT IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH THAT. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY.... HOW SAD THAT ANYONE IS ABLE TO SELL THIS PRODUCT. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR BATTERIES OUT OF YOUR SMOKE ALARM. I DID GIVE THIS PRODUCT ONE STAR, BUT IF THERE WAS A ZERO THAT'S EXACTLY HOW I WOULD RATE IT.... A BIG FAT ZERO
description inaccurate - Ben Rosengart - Berkeley, CA
The description says "Accommodates 4 slices of toast, 5 lb. chicken, and 9" pie shell". However, I was not able to fit all three unless I placed the chicken inside the pie shell. Since I was trying to make blueberry pie, this wasn't really perfect. Buyer beware.
