Not quite a microwave, Not quite a toaster - G. Pulaski - New Jersey
Nice little piece of equipment, though it takes a while to get used to. We've cooked everything from waffles to chicken nuggets to pizza and I have to say it does a fine job. Cooks about twice as fast as a conventional toaster oven but it takes a little getting used to. There are no temperature settings just an interface to choose the type of food you are cooking. We have burnt a few things along the way but now have it pretty much figured out. The only complaint I might have is that it cooks much faster on the top than on the bottom so the food needs to flipped halfway thru.
Black & Decker Infrared Oven - Love it! - Margo J. Normoyle - Mt. Laurel, NJ
I used to have a Panasonic Infrared that was just terrific, it lasted about 8 years. So I just couldn't bring myself to get a regular toaster oven. When I found this Black & Decker, I tried to research it as best as possible prior to ordering it.
It is even better than the Panasonic. It has so many different features to choose from. You must at least read the manual as much as you can stand! It's important. I do think this is just wonderful and cooks chicken breasts juicy and tender in less time than an oven!
Quit working after about 10 uses. - catmom - Richland, WA USA
The oven arrived quickly and worked just great at first -- I was very happy with it; however, it just stopped working after about 10 uses. Nothing I can figure out to do has made it work again. I'm ready to pitch it in the garbage. A waste of money!

DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!!! - David L. Brinson - Atlanta, GA
After broiling three buns for less than 5 minutes the door exploded. The oven had been off for about three minutes when the entire door shattered into a million pieces.
I found (searching the internet) that this has been a problem for years and they have done nothing to correct or to inform the consumer.
High Risk Purchase - Sybil C. Henry - Massachusetts USA
I bought this appliance last year and have had no problem with it. Until last night when I was broiling some Italian sausages, suddenly the door exploded sending red hot shards of glass all over my countertop, and bouncing off onto the floor. After most of the glass falls out the frame collapses into pieces. Two other reviews report the same problem, so I don't think I will even be bothering to try and find a replacement door. It's a hazardous product and I will NEVER buy anything from Toastmaster again. I noticed on the back of my oven that it was "made in China" Can we add this company to our ever growing list of garbage from China?????
Toaster went boom - J. Brown - Mississippi
First time it was used I was cooking a casserole. In about 15 minutes I heard a boom and the glass door had shattered into a thousand pieces all over the floor. The warranty division is sending a new one, but afraid to use it. Maybe I can make a door out of a piece of aluminum. Bad deal at any price.
